Shipping Policy

TierOne Storage ships products across Canada through our network of suppliers. Products are shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse to your door (dropship fulfillment). This means faster delivery and lower costs — no middleman warehouse.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada. Some remote or northern locations may incur additional shipping charges or extended delivery times. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping Methods

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping method, and destination. Some products include free standard shipping — this is indicated on the product page. LTL freight items may have additional shipping charges based on weight and destination.

LTL Freight Deliveries

Large and heavy items (industrial racking, pallet shelving, large workbenches) ship via LTL freight carrier. Here's what to expect:

• The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window
• Delivery is to the curbside or end of driveway — the driver is not required to bring items inside your building
• Liftgate service (lowering the product to ground level) may be available for an additional fee
• You may need help moving heavy items from the curbside to their final location
• Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt — note any visible damage on the receipt
• If you need professional installation, we can coordinate a Certified Installer to receive and install the product for you

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing means the order is forwarded to the supplier and prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also check your order status in TierOne Control (for admin) or by contacting us with your order number. Some suppliers provide real-time tracking; others provide estimated delivery dates.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier and carrier. Common causes of delays include:

• Weather or natural events
• Carrier delays or capacity issues
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address (please double-check your address at checkout)
• Remote or northern delivery locations

Taxes

All applicable taxes (HST, GST, PST, or QST) are calculated at checkout based on your province. Tax rates are as follows:
