We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Contact us before returning any product:
Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.
Do not ship products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit). For LTL freight items, return shipping costs can be significant — please contact us before initiating a return on large items.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Stripe processing times may add an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
The following items cannot be returned:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
For LTL freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately with photos.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped by the supplier, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.
Installation bookings may be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. See the installation quote terms for full details.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
